Adam Bloom Masterclass
We have invited Adam Bloom, comedian and author of the best-selling book, Finding your Comic Genius, to come back again to the Netherlands to do a masterclass!
Adam’s masterclass takes place on Saturday 4th April in Utrecht and is in the form of a Q&A that lasts from 11am-6pm (including breaks). The outcome is that comedians of all experiences walk away with a much deeper understanding of Adam’s methods and theories on writing and performing stand-up.

MC Skills for Comedians
Join us for a practical hosting workshop run by highly experienced MC from the UK, Mel Byron. The workshop covers the full MC skill set, from preparing and reading an audience to effective crowd work, shaping your on-stage persona, managing the rhythm of a show, supporting other acts, staying organised, and handling non-traditional gigs like corporate events.
This workshop is not only useful for budding MCs, but also for comedians wanting to improve their crowd work skills.
Mad Cow Comedy Supports Development
Alongside shows, Mad Cow Comedy also runs workshops to support the development of comedians of all levels.
These include: stand-up comedy courses and coaching for beginners, as well as specialised workshops and masterclasses. We also offer public speaking & storytelling for professionals as well as team-building workshops using humour.
We often invite established international comedians to Utrecht to deliver their workshop, bringing added skills and experience to our local scene.
