Cookie Policy

This page explains, plainly, which cookies this website actually uses. We keep it short because we don’t use cookies for advertising or to track you across other websites — there’s no Google Analytics, no Meta/Facebook Pixel, and no ad network on this site.

What’s a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file a website can ask your browser to store, so the site can remember something about your visit — like whether you’re logged in — the next time you load a page.

Cookies this website sets

As a visitor browsing the public site, this website itself does not set any cookies on your browser. The Ticket Alerts signup form, in particular, doesn’t use a cookie at all.

The one exception is for our own staff: if you log in to the WordPress admin area to manage the site, WordPress sets the standard login and session cookies it needs to keep you signed in and remember your admin preferences. These are never set for ordinary visitors.

Cookies set by embedded third-party content

Our homepage displays a widget of our Google reviews, which works by loading a script directly from Trustindex’s own servers (cdn.trustindex.io) into your browser. That script runs outside our control, and may set its own cookies to operate the widget or for Trustindex’s own analytics. See Trustindex’s privacy policy for what they set and why.

If you follow a link from this site to our ticketing agent, Confirmed.show, or any of our social media pages (Instagram, Facebook), you’ll be leaving this website — cookies on those sites are covered by their own cookie policies, not ours.

Mailchimp and the Ticket Alerts list

Signing up for Ticket Alerts on this site doesn’t set a cookie here. Once you’re subscribed, though, any emails Mailchimp sends you may use their own tracking technology (such as pixels or links) under Mailchimp’s own cookie statement — we’ve switched off email open-tracking on our account, but Mailchimp’s statement covers what else may apply.

Controlling cookies

Since this site sets no cookies for visitors browsing it, there’s nothing of ours to opt out of. If you’d still like to control or clear cookies generally — including ones set by embedded content like the reviews widget — you can do that in your browser’s settings (usually under Privacy or Security). Blocking third-party cookies there may stop the Google reviews widget from displaying correctly.

Changes to this policy

If we ever add a service to this site that sets cookies for visitors — an analytics tool, for instance — we’ll update this page to reflect it. The version published here always reflects what’s actually running on the site.
